1. Scope
The Software ("QuickBooks Online Integration") is developed and operated by Sparkops (Carlos Martins, carlos@sparkops.ca) exclusively for the internal use of Editions Vaudreuil. It is not offered, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to any other party.
2. Authorized Users
The Software is operated by Carlos Martins on behalf of Editions Vaudreuil. No other users are authorized.
3. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. The operator assumes full responsibility for any accounting or operational outcome resulting from its use.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sparkops shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Software.
5. Modifications
These terms may be updated without notice. The current version is always published at this URL.

Le Logiciel est opéré par Carlos Martins pour le compte d'Éditions Vaudreuil. Aucun autre utilisateur n'est autorisé.
3. Aucune garantie
Le Logiciel est fourni « tel quel », sans aucune garantie, expresse ou implicite, y compris mais non limitée à l'adéquation à un usage particulier, la qualité marchande ou l'absence de contrefaçon. L'opérateur assume l'entière responsabilité de tout résultat comptable ou opérationnel découlant de son utilisation.
4. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans la mesure maximale permise par la loi applicable, Sparkops ne saurait être tenu responsable de tout dommage direct, indirect, accessoire, consécutif ou exemplaire découlant de l'utilisation du Logiciel.
5. Modifications
Les présentes conditions peuvent être mises à jour sans préavis. La version courante est toujours publiée à cette URL.
